My family and I choose not to get the flu vaccine every year.
We chose not to get Covid vaccine either. We had very mild Covid in Feb, so have immunity.
We eat out sometimes, like everyone, but also eat healthy at home a lot, drink lots of water, my kids never touch soda, and we're not fat.
I defy anyone to tell me my choice is wrong, for me.
