That's what Roberts said after stalling the state lawsuits against the election fraud calling the moot because the election hadn't been certified. Then when it was, they refused to hear the cases because they were now moot.Sledog said:

The U.S. Supreme Court has dismissed a challenge to the Obama era healthcare law.
The justices, by a 7-2 vote, left the entire law intact Thursday in ruling that Texas, other Republican-led states and two individuals had no right to bring their lawsuit in federal court.
If no one has standing then no one can sue. #Science
