  I don't know any conservative that has nothing but contempt and disgust with Putin and Russia. Only leftards are pushing national policies which are/could be drafted by Putin. So, Tucker accurately describes Putin's statement about the Babbit shooting which is being covered up by the "Good Guys" and Tucker is the problem?

  You can be a bad person but still make a good point about something unrelated to your bad deeds. Putin is actually a good example of somebody who has done that more than once.
