Interesting SC ruling
Trump and congress made a law that crack dealers who were put away under the BO admin for years and were not tied to any violent or repeat violent offenses (weren't career criminals), could have their sentences reviewed and most likely get out of prison with time served. Trump felt that the sentences were too harsh, it was a burden on the prison system, and very unfair to the prisoner and most likely crippling their chances of having a productive life after prison.
Well the fucking idiot that is biden and his crack team decided they were going to ignore our laws and have even repeat violent offenders' sentences reviewed and get them released from prison.
The idiot we all know as biden lost............9 to 0.......... with the Supreme Court.
This administration and the BO administration have tried to ignore our laws many times and lost when it comes to the SC. It boggles the mind how they believe they can just make up their own rules as they go along.

No doubt Biden will take this oversight panel advisory suggestion very seriously. 9-0 indicates there is some hope he might tweak his approach slightly before resuming his actions.

Rumor is the SCOTUS is not happy about the pack-the-court talk and will be sending down some 9-0 decisions to show their dicks count just as much as Cho Bai Den/Obama's and Pelosi/Schumer's.
