I was told that businesses should be able to whatever they want and the market would dictate that it’s always good and if, somehow, they did something bad the market would punish them. I’m sticking to that principle, why aren’t you?

This is interesting to me because even those that one disagrees with, more often than not the disagreement is on the nuance not the bigger issue at hand ... but if one focuses in on what they don't agree on they forget what it is that they agree on
And finally, what's a "monstrous position" ... you list some people that you say fall into that category ... I'm afraid to ask what % of the US population you think falls into the category of having "monstrous positions"
