And having just returned from a third world country, Portland is more like a fourth or fifth shithole world country in terms of filth and disgusting shit everywhere. People in third world countries are poor but they have a sense of dignity and pride and self respect. They don't go around shitting on sidewalks, attacking police and assaulting others.
