but I've got CNBC on waiting for the Premiere League to start and they have Biden giving some update on this pipeline. I hadn't seen him speak in a while but holy shite...anyone thinking this guy has a functioning brain needs to see a doctor immediately. He can barely stand up...he stutters and slurs over everything...and he can't even glance away from the teleprompter without losing it.
