    More states are beginning to do this with the obvious exceptions. Gruesome is upping the ante on the get paid to stay home policies, a desirable outcome would be for California to become a beacon of light to the losers from those states. Sorry Race, sometimes it takes a few 0-12 seasons to force a coaching change.
