The majority of the Asian hate and physical abuse instances are coming from the African American side of things. Is it cultural? Just a fad like the knock out game HH said never existed but clearly did exist? Is it just something whitey can't understand?

In all seriousness, racism has got to stop when it comes to minority against minority. It makes zero sense, morally or historically. This has always seemed tragic to me. Its like a horrible double negative.

On a side note, I coached basketball K-12 for years. If my son had been punched like that, it would have WWIII. The fact the kid who delivered the punch was allowed to stay in the game would have been too much for me to take.

Evan’s mom, Lennie, told the San Francisco Gate that Evan and his teammates were also called anti-Asian and racial slurs like “c***k” before the nasty exchange.

Sons of Anarchy foretold all this.

Browns, blacks, yellows.....Jax had them all at each other's throats.

Has anyone ever seen Obi Wan Blitzkrieg and Jax together at the same time?

The parents wanted someone else to do something for their son? WTF? If the damn parents are too cowardly to do something, why should they expect anyone else to come to their son's defense? Biden voters

No parents or even coaches from the kid's team jumped in. Ref stood there uselessly. Feckless people all around.

More than once did I yank a kid on my team out of the game for pushing or throwing a punch. The fact the coach left his kid in the game shows you what an AAU league in Oakland is all about.

Why didn’t the coach walk off the court? Leave the venue?

Parents of the team showed amazing restraint. Good for them.

If you really want to have some fun attend a youth football game here in the Bay Area.

I'd never seen parents and coaches throwing punches, not to mention players, until my oldest played youth football in Oakland.

IMO, compliance is the more apt description.

Overt racism in many parts of the black community is common and doesn't invoke the same social stigma that anti-black racism invokes in the white community.

Hell look at the lengths we go to in order to not talk about who it is that's really behind most violent attacks on Asians. The Media and the Rats create this elaborate line of bullshit blaming it all on white supremacy and Trump thus removing any responsibility from blacks for their actions. Why do you think that over 10 years ago the SF Chronical was talking about the "dirty secret" about anti-Asian violence?

    https://www.sfgate.com/bayarea/nevius/article/Dirty-secret-of-black-on-Asian-violence-is-out-3265760.php

It's not a "secret" to anyone who is honest and who is paying attention. It's only a "secret" to those who intentionally don't think blacks should be held responsible for their racism.
