    What civil rights are violated?

I think an adult can cut off their dick or take off their mask

    You don't

A little more than a month after inauguration day, the Trump administration rolled back previous Obama-era protections under Title IX that allowed transgender students to use school bathrooms that correspond with their gender identities.

The Department of Education, then (and still) headed by Betsy DeVos, closed a case involving a Sparta, Ohio transgender student and withdrew its 2016 conclusion that the girl’s school wrongfully barred her from the girls’ bathroom.

The Justice Department filed an amicus brief on behalf of the Supreme Court, which argued for businesses’ right to discriminate against LGBTQ+ people.

The Justice Department issued a memo telling its attorneys to legally agree that federal law does not protect transgender workers from discrimination

The Education Department dismissed complaints from transgender students over discrimination

The Education Department said it wouldn’t take further complaints from transgender students related to discrimination of bathroom use.

Trump signed into law a ban on transgender military members. The new law stated that transgender troops who were already serving could continue to do so, but would be required to serve under their gender assigned at birth.

The New York Times reported that the HHS had sent out a memo announcing an effort to change the legal definition of “sex” in a way that could define “transgender” out of existence (that’s a weird one huh? I thought we hated changing definitions)

In a brief submitted by the Department of Justice, Solicitor General Noel Francisco wrote that Title IX doesn’t cover discrimination against people who identify as transgender.

U.S. officials at the UN worked to eliminate the word “gender” from UN human rights documents. For example, this would mean changing “gender-based violence” to “violence against women,” effectively eliminating mention of violence against transgender people and, of course, anyone else who doesn’t identify as a woman

The Office of Personnel Management erased nondiscrimination guidelines that outlined respectful treatment of transgender employees. This includes actions around restroom gender labels, name changes, dress codes, etc.

The HHS’s Office of Civil Rights granted an exemption to adoption and foster care agencies in several states, including Pennsylvania, Texas, and South Carolina, which allowed them to refuse services to aspiring LGBTQ+ aspiring caregivers and parents.

HUD published a rule allowing single-sex shelters to exclude transgender people from the facilities that correspond with their gender.

The Education Department issued a final letter, which declared that Title IX requires schools to ban transgender students from participating in school athletics.

the Trump administration finalized a rule that removed nondiscrimination protections for LGBTQ+ Americans.

And my personal favorite for this game-

Trump said he opposed the passage of the Equality Act, a bill that would add sexual orientation and gender identity to federal civil rights law.

I didn't think I could miss Trump being the POTUS any more. Then I read @TheKobeStopper's list.

Now I miss that brash, arrogant, tweeting mother-fucker like Oxygen.

If not, we’ll all know AGAIN that this was a stupid fucking thing to go to the mattresses over in the first place.

POTUS has made it a centerpiece of his administration

Surrender or fight. That's the option as always

The left would prefer that folks just surrender

This issue is a no brainer yet most of the GOP are recoiled in fear as they like to do
The polls are all over the place and the science isn’t clear. It seems like a no brainer to you because you think saying “boys have a penis” is peak science.

My guess is this fizzles out when kids go back to school and suburban moms realize there aren’t any trans girls competing against their daughters. There just aren’t enough trans people for your ruse to work.
I'm on the side of science. I don't think it I know it

If there weren't people trying to get boys in girls sports it wouldn't be an issue at all

Totally one sided where this comes from. Live and let live isn't good enough.
That pretty much sums it up. You think science is something you intuitively know. That because you grew up with things a certain way, that must be the correct way.

You knew old people like this when you were younger. You’re just one of them now.
Yes, yes, you grew up thinking 2+2 equaled 4. You're just too old to realize that it really equals 5 or 6 or whatever I say it equals.
Surprisingly, sex and gender are more complex than the simplest mathematical equations.

I was taught that George Washington could not tell a lie and told his dad he cut down the cherry tree. That the Indians and Pilgrims had a nice pleasant meal and nothing else happened. That the civil war was about “states rights”.

Turns out, none of those are true and 2 + 2 still equals 4.
They aren't. You're either a boy or a girl. And if you can't figure it out you are mentally ill
And marriage was between a man and a woman, until it wasn’t. Things change. Not mathematic equations but social constructs like gender and marriage.
Those two things are completely unrelated.

I'm super for gay marriage. Dudes want to doom themselves be my guest.
Marriage is a biblical construct and only applies to a man and women. The wokes want to destroy that.
