    I have a lot of cohabiting frens who bought property with their significant others, and it’s turned out OK...so far.

    @creepycoug and others have argued that marriage is only good if you have children.

    In any case, I feel bad for the girl. Glad she got a cut of the sale.

    I still stand by that, btw. But that doesn't mean you can't be in a committed relationship and draw up some contracts and shit.
