There will be 1-3 guys leave after spring ball that are on scholarship. We will have one for him if necessary.

I wouldn't go anywhere near this lump. He fucked up when he signed with SC in the first place

Eklund actually said 3-5 will likely leave after spring ball, which I kinda agree with. I think most p5 schools will see that type of attrition following spring ball with the new transfer rules. I'm sure there were some players who were planning on transferring before but wanted to see what happens in spring ball. I would bet 1 or 2 RBs and 1 or 2 ILBs take off after spring

We have 1 scholarship still. I like our chances.
You guys do realize the 85 scholarship limit doesn't apply, right?

Rip Rowan started following on Twitter, and has followed a couple transfer dlineman in the last week. I wonder if the coaches are still not thrilled about our dline depth going into the year. Which would be kind of disappointing considering all the highly rated recruits we have at that position.

Is she better than Huffman though?

She's absolutely, undeniably the best UW-centric recruiting reporter. But Biggins and Huffman are better because they're regional guys and have a little more access than team-specific reporters do. They'd be great complements to each other if 247 picked her over Kim.

The problem was, and always will be for Ruth, that she has a smaller subscriber base and much less active message board posters from that subscriber base. We can laugh and make fun of the doogman trio all we want, but you have to admit that they outright kicked Ruth's ass when it came to marketing their site. The gullible masses eat their shit up, plus they have the KJR radio spot. Ruth was always playing from behind, even though she's a better reporter. That's why 247 picked Kim and co.
Well that and she's batshit fucking crazy.
And Kim's a loser, your poont?
Kim Grinolds and I hated each other before your balls dropped little boy.

    Btp's balls dri

    We could use another body.

At least two DB’s likely leave. A RB wouldn’t be surprising. A LB or two are most likely leaving. There will probably be an unexpected retirement or transfer. I bet we add at least another player or two from the portal.
    81% certain?

Why do we want a guy who couldn't make it at another pac-12 school?

Why do we want a guy who couldn't make it at another pac-12 school?
Because our IDL depth is thin and he was somewhat productive.

We have Taimani, Tuitele, Tuli, and Bandes. Why would he come here when he can probably start somewhere else?

He is a rs senior and was getting passed over by younger players at SC. He's not going to supplant Taki or Tuli. He's likely going somewhere like SDSU or a school where he has a decent chance at playing.

You do realize how much we rotate our DL and how thin we are behind that if someone gets hurt right?

Yes, but that's not what I asked.

I asked why would he come here if he could start elsewhere.

    Now ask yourself, why?

Reading the twatter tea leaves my guy. Followed a couple Washington fans. Most coaches he follows of any school are UW.

I could see Luciano moving on to play his final year somewhere else. The rest of the non-freshmen all seem to be at least in place to fight for a starting job next year. Fautanu at LT and Buelow at RG. Kalepo and Ulo are both running with the 1s at LG. Mele is alternating with the 1s. I guess a guy like Murao could leave if he thinks he's fallen behind Hatchet.

I see the big post-spring attrition areas at Safety (from practice reports it sounds like Cook and Asa are both likely losing their starting spots) and RB (Donovan recently said he wants to get away from the rotation thing and we have 7 guys right now)

Another DT would be good. Not this bum. A guy that hardly gets on the field at USC isn’t a guy that will help UW do anything special.
