You know, and vaccines in a vial only work if they're injected into an arm of people, especially those most at risk. This will be one of the hardest, the most costly operational challenges in our nation's history.

Joe hasn't lied on 100 Masked Days yet. I'm sure he will, but it hasn't happened yet.
