Name, names Kunt. I have faith in the judicial system. I would have had even more faith in it if they would have moved the trial, sequestered the jury and if politicians like Waters and Biden kept their fucking mouths shut. You're the one currently running your mouth about how blacks can't get fair trial in this country. Why don't you heal yourself first Kunt.TheKobeStopper said:
@Tequilla lotta rightoids on this board not having faith in the American judicial system right now. You gonna to scold them too?Tequilla said:

Talk AFTER the verdict. Not before.
Goddamn it you fucking imbeciles.
How hard is it to say that you have faith in the American judicial system to present the facts and circumstances at trial and to trust a jury of peers to render a verdict?
I don’t make lists. -
I wouldn't hold this case as evidence of our judicial system working rightly or wrongly ...TheKobeStopper said:

I do think that this case has the potential to show the impact of people making available information (i.e. financial settlements) or opinions and what it can do from an appeals standpoint.
I'm not excited at the thought of what happens if the trial gets overturn on appeal for whatever reason.
I don't think most logical people would argue with a guilty verdict on manslaughter. Murder charges depends on facts, how the law is written, etc. I'm not sure I really see much of a difference between unintentional murder and manslaughter ... they kind of are one in the same to me.
