    As many years as I've lived, I'm not sure I can agree with you. I really think the Dem party has a very childish, dreamy, authoritarian viewpoint that completely ignores reality.
    There are certainly members who fit that description, but that party has morphed into a secular religion that is all consumed with power and control. Many know what they’re doing and understand that there are negative consequences, they just believe those negative consequences apply to “others” and are worth the prize, permanent one party rule. And why wouldn’t they think this way? For example, what consequences have applied to Nancy Pelosi? She’s rich, lives like royalty, while surrounded by peasants living in squalor. The party aperatik has been very good to her at the stunningly large expense of others, and she’s never had to answer for a number of illegal activities.

It still comes down to authoritarian control which many think are dreamy and many like Bill Ayers think that we need 25 dead white males.
