Shouldn't be convicted but lynch mobs just don't care!

In the United States, an accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty.doogie said:Legal Insurrection breaks it down here

Innocence is not a narrative. It is the foundational principle of legal due process in this country.

Pretty good summary so far.

In fact, Floyd overdosed on fentanyl in March, just two months before his death, and spent five days in the hospital. Perhaps he took just a little bit more, a fatal overdose, in May.
Did anyone else not know this information until it came out in the trial? Isn't it amazing how we never heard this until now? Our fucking press is worthless. -
Tim Pool also predicted Trump would win all 50 states and AOC would lose her primary. He makes content to make people like you guys click on it. He doesn’t give two fucks about truth.
-
Dr. Tobin is an odd witness. What I have seen is we should all be dead because no one breathes properly. and anyone that has been handcuffed should be definitely dead.
but then I breathe through my wrists and knuckles -
Given the fact that this jury is fully aware that Kobe's team will pillage, loot, burn and murder if they don't get the verdict they want I don't see how anyone can predict a not guilty verdict.TheKobeStopper said:Tim Pool also predicted Trump would win all 50 states and AOC would lose her primary. As I understand it from reading tweets, the breathing with his knuckles is saying he was trying to raise up so he could breathe. Apparently or allegedly one lung was crushed and the other was being crushed
-
Or we’ve all seen the video and it’s clearly a murder so you’re using what will obviously be a conviction as a political talking point.SFGbob said:

There is way more than reasonable doubt here. When Floyd was complaining he couldn't breath before he started resisting arrest and that the knee to the neck/shoulder of Floyd didn't restrict his airflow, this should never had been charged. The basic story here is that if you are a cop and you face a black criminal who is resisting arrest, just let them go and call in for a follow up with a social worker. Screw the little kids in the car and the woman he just beat up. Let the social worker take care of it.SFGbob said:In fact, Floyd overdosed on fentanyl in March, just two months before his death, and spent five days in the hospital. Really, what part of the video informed you that he had a lethal dose of fentanyl in his system? For you to claim the video shows that he was "clearly murdered" shows what a fucking clown you are.TheKobeStopper said:

I don't see how the amount of drugs in Floyd's system, combined with his already existing poor health; heart disease, doesn't rise to the level of a reasonable doubt on what killed Floyd. Floyd tried to hide the drug evidence by swallowing it. They found partially consumed fentanyl and meth pills in the back of the squad car. They found pills in the Mercedes. He died over an overdose and his existing health conditions.

In my ever so humble opinion the 81% will buy this wholeTheKobeStopper said:

Visuals trump speech
The emotional testimony and the video and experts saying things will be broadcast far more than the defense
The topper will be our high character president blaming America for the death once Chauvin is found guilty. A mere formality IMO -

81% of the public in general probably a little high but not much. But we're not talking the public in general. We are talking about a jury who has sat and heard all the evidence over a few weeks of trial. I don't see how the jury ignores the reasonable doubt created by the level of drugs found in Floyd's system. It could happen, the jury knows what violence will come if they come to the "incorrect" verdict.RaceBannon said:

I think Chauvin killed him. Or at least contributed to his death.SFGbob said:I don't see how the amount of drugs in Floyd's system, combined with his already existing poor health; heart disease, doesn't rise to the level of a reasonable doubt on what killed Floyd. But in no way was it intentional, so murder is out. Nor was it reckless, so Manslaughter is out, too.
Best is negligent homicide or the MN equivalent, if the jury finds any fault at all.
If guilty, Chauvin will get 2 to 5 years, max, probably reduced to an ankle bracelet. -
The criminal was big, hopped up on both meth and fentanyl at lethal levels, had been previously hospitalized for five days from an overdose. He was resisting arrest. Got himself out of the cop car. Refused orders to settle down. There is plenty of doubt and its at least probable that Floyd dies if he was in the cop car and taken to the police station. This isn't a drunk driver hitting a pedestrian. This was a cop performing his duty to make an arrest. Like I said, if guilty why would any cop detain a black criminal resisting arrest?TurdBomber said:

Fighting with the cops and resisting arrest may have contributed to his death. He may have also died from the drugs he ingested. This case is far from the open and shut slam dunk the left has being claiming. How fucking irresponsible is the city of Minneapolis with their tax payer's money? They paid out $27 million to Floyd's family for what?TurdBomber said:

10% off the top to Joe. BLM got their cut. Attorneys got 1/3. Family probably netted fiddy percent.....which is a really nice payday.
How much did Brianna Taylor's family get?

I love how this dumbfuck think's this is some killer rebuttal. Do people immediately go into a coma after taking too much fentanyl? Are you a gullible dipshit?TheKobeStopper said:
