He not wrong, per se, in that far left progressive policies are causing massive problems in places like Seattle, Portland, LA, SFO, etc.SFGbob said:The good news is that if there is a second wave of domestic terror, it will, just like the first one, occur exclusively in shithole cities full of Democrats and run by Democrats.
Sorry not sorry, but it is only Democrat-run shitholes that are plagued by riots and hate crimes and gun violence and pollution. In fact, it was in the Democrat-run shithole of Minneapolis where Chauvin was filmed kneeling on George Floyd’s neck for eight minutes.
What did they get wrong?
But it's silly to act like much of rural "red" America isn't shitty living in its own right. Lower income red counties are a lot worse off than most of the zip codes of SEA, PDX, SFO, etc, as much as we deservedly bash those cities. -
Is it wrong if we shoot people burning the world?FireCohen said:Is it wrong if I want to see the world burn?

Why did you have to qualify that with "lower income?" SF isn't a lower income area and yet there it is, a shit hole. Lets take the state of Utah. It's a fairly rural state outside of a couple metro areas. Identify for me the county in Utah that has anywhere near the level of crime and violence and shit hole status as say Baltimore, Oakland or Detroit. I'll take my answer off the air.YellowSnow said:

There isn't one in Utah. That's not the point. Baltimore, Oakland and Detroit have terribly high levels of violent crime and no middle class.SFGbob said:

Minneapolis and Seattle have problems but nowhere near the levels of crime of the aforementioned cities and they are mostly middle and upper middle class.
I don't a beef with the guy bashing this clown from BLM. It's more so the "everything's just Mayberry out here in rural MAGA land and all the cities are gonna burn".
You like Charles Murray, Calvin. Read Coming Apart if you haven't already. Outstanding book. Things are not great out there for whites w/o a college degree in rural America. -
There are plenty of middle class folks living in Oakland not sure where you're getting your data. So in the entire state of Utah you can't find a single county that has anywhere near the same level of problems as even Seattle. Okay, Utah is a bad comparison, so do Idaho or Iowa. Agreed that some rural areas have problems but nearly all urban centers dominated by Rats have far larger problems.YellowSnow said:

My bad, Bob. Oakland is seeing a lot of gentrification and has some decent spots. Still pretty crappy compared to the nicer parts of the Bay Area.SFGbob said:

Utah, Idaho and Iowa are all pretty safe places in terms of levels of homicides.
Of the 10 states with the highest per capita homicide rates in the USA, 8 are deeply red. So again it isn't like violent crime is only a problem in urban, democratic run shitholes. -
A red state can still have Democrat run shitholes. See St. Louis. Louisiana is a Red state, so is Tennessee. Memphis and New Orleans are Rat shitholes.YellowSnow said:

Arkansas is very Red state. West Memphis is a Rat run shit hole. Seeing a pattern here?
Despite a slightly larger than average 3.6% reduction in violent crime from 2017 to 2018, Arkansas ranks among the five most dangerous states in the country. There were 543.6 violent crimes for every 100,000 people in the state in 2018, far higher than the 380.6 per 100,000 national rate.
Arkansas's violent crime rate is due in no small part to the concentration of violence in a handful of cities. For example, in Pine Bluff there were 1,609.2 violent crimes for every 100,000 people in 2018. In West Memphis, the most dangerous city in the state, there were 1,970.2 per 100,000. -
Seattle, Portland and the Twin Cities have been getting all the free pub, but the real shitholes are Memphis, TN, Birmingham, AL and Jackson, MS.SFGbob said:Arkansas is very Red state. West Memphis is a Rat run shit hole. Seeing a pattern here?
