    Again, don't disagree, but most people don't buy SUVs for their off-road prowess. I know a number of *Land Cruiser owners and none have had them off road. They're used as very well equipped cars that ride "high" like a truck.

    Edit: *Modern Land Cruisers. The old school land cruisers were spartan vehicles meant for serious off-road use. The folks I know who bought them back in the day used them.

    That really is the least expensive way to go fast, but those things are best left to kids with cat like reflexes. Last "fast bike" I had was an FJ1200 over 30 years ago. I'd kill myself on a modern litre class bike today if I were to attempt to wring it out.

    They made the modern land cruiser too luxurious. They are bullet proof and have off road capability but are like $87k MSRP. I need like a larger version of a 4 Runner but for like $55 K new and more Spartan.

    Raced FJ's and GSXR's at Willow Springs back in the day. Great fun. Nothing like coming around turn 8 at 145mph leaned way over and catch a 30+ MPH desert wind gust. Scary fun but great.
