The prosecution is bringing nothing but feelings into it right now.
Not sure if I believe someone has been crying every night because she didn't do enough for George. (all the witnesses refer to him as George to make it more personal)
He will be convicted and on appeal 3 years from now quietly win and walk away ruined but with a couple of bucks. -
