There is no spike in anti-Asian hate crimes

It's just a continuation of normal life in our urban centers. What routinely gets dismissed as "crime in the big city" is now getting some additional focus but it's the same shit that has been happening to Asians, carried out by the same perps, for decades. The left just wanted to shift the blame for these attacks to Trump and whites and that's why it got all of these new attention. They have zero interest in honestly looking into who it is that's carrying out most of these attacks unless they can someone tie it to a white supremacy anti-Trump narrative.

They were the only ones I could find that put actual numbers on it - the rest stick with percentage increases only.
833% increase in NY from 3 to 28, LA 6 to 15 and that is the alarming number of hate crimes on Asians.

Usually these crimes aren't identified as hate crimes. The attack on the old Asian guy in the laundromat in SF was charged as just a simple robbery and elder abuse but no hate crime.
