The IPCC will basically be like a protection-racket mafia for USA and all the world

Few on here will want to sit through a 36-minute video like I just did. But what Mark Moss describes is that USA is back in the Paris Accords. The goal of the IPCC and WMO is to have total control over global economy by 2030. USA puts in billions of taxpayer money to serve as a slush fund. Countries pledge to make reductions in gas emissions, but evidence shows that only the USA is making any real reductions. China and India will actually be increasing their emissions by 2030.

The IPCC will collect the billions from the USA and pay smaller countries to join in the climate agreement where they only need to make pledges based in proximity to their own GDPs (which can be fudged).

So in a nutshell, this is a big scam to take the USA's money and redistribute it globally, while basically making the IPCC the tollbooth for the nations to pay for the right to emit carbons. IPCC will charge nations with "carbon credits". The ridiculous goal of the IPCC is to reduce global emissions to 2% LESS than what the atmosphere allegedly was in the pre-industrial age.

In the book, The Great Reset, the stated goal is bring the USA down to below several other countries. They need the USA's money to get this going but then will use that money to bring the USA to its knees. (This is why Trump wanted USA out of the Paris Accords).

He also points out how quickly all the governments of the world shut down for Covid simultaneously, and how the president of Belarus said his country was paid $900 million to shut down. Mark Moss asks viewers to ponder all that.
