You know who is picking a fight? Trannies and the NCAA. You either concede or fight back. Fighting back isn't picking a fight. Geezuz.

Either fight and lead or get out of the way.WestlinnDuck said:You know who is picking a fight? Trannies and the NCAA. You either concede or fight back. Fighting back isn't picking a fight. Geezuz.

Heaven forbid someone consulting noted experts and leveraging their expertise

Yes, yes the "experts" she refuses to name. Given her response here, I'll bet her "experts" are the same Republican campaign consultants who have been giving us winners like McCain and Romney and the two stiffs that were running for Senate in Georgia. She fucked up here, instead of coming clean and admitting it she is now dumping on Conservatives.Tequilla said:Heaven forbid someone consulting noted experts and leveraging their expertise

Given her track record she deserves some benefit of the doubt before fully judging. Do we know the tweaks she wants made to the bill? It's a mistake to automatically assume she's cowering from a fight.SFGbob said:

So having your legal team tell you that the bill as written will likely not stand up in court, put your colleges and universities in an untenable position with the NCAA, etc ... clearly the course of action is to tell your legal team to FUCK OFF and go forward guns blazing
Instead it sounds like she leveraged her legal experts to maintain as much of what was passed as possible where the revised bill can stand on its own and withstand legal challenges
Those actions (regardless of the nature of the bill) actually sounds like leadership to me -
She had plenty of opportunity to have changes made to the Bill before it hit her desk. She originally said that she supported it and would sign it, only after these un-named "experts/lobbyists" spoke to her did she start opposing this bill. The same Bill that Noem now says she can't sign because of a fear of lawsuits has already been signed into law in Idaho and Mississippi.DerekJohnson said:

If what you're saying here is true then I would agree.SFGbob said:
