I think the oldest site of ruins I’ve visited is the Temple of Hercules at Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, Sicily:
Along with the Temple of Juno:
Also, throw in the Greek Theater at Syracuse. It is from the 5th century BC too.

Frankenstein Castle in Germany built around 1250 AD. I visited another German castle but don’t remember which one or which city.
