aka, the great white-guilt liberal bullshit over the Redskins name that people are already forgetting about.
Remember 2 weeks ago when the Seattle Times made a declaration that they'd never use the word "Redskins" in their paper again? Here's a link for those who missed this piece of historic news (and don't call me bullshit on that, they made a big fucking deal outta this): http://blogs.seattletimes.com/take2/2014/06/18/why-were-banning-the-redskins-nickname-in-the-seattle-times/
I'll save you some time and highlight the most important point of this article: "Wellpinit, a small high school near Spokane, is the only one in the state still using it. We won’t use its name, either."
So some high school on the Spokane Indian Reservation, with a majority population being Native American, uses "that name" that the US Patent office decried as disparaging to Native Americans. Well, if it isn't offensive to them, why is it offense to the government and those faggy ($75k) white liberals in Seattle?
Anyway, remember the ST declaration that they'd never use the term "Redskins" in their paper again, even for little Wellpinit High School?
BAM!

The Seattle Times explodes with this heinous term almost a dozen times.
So much for their own self-righteous bullshit.

"Various media outlets around the country, including this newspaper, have stopped using the name, except in stories about the controversy, because it is offensive."
You can't have self-righteous bullshit without the ability to report on the controversy which inspired the self-righteous bullshit.

I feel sorry for your family.

Reading is fundamental.

Thanks for bolding that part. What's the controversy they're referencing? "The United States Patent and Trademark Office last month canceled the team’s trademark registration, deeming the name disparaging to Native Americans." Which team are we talking about? The Washington Redskins. So the controversy is about the team in Washington, D.C. and that's when the media will use the term.dnc said:"Various media outlets around the country, including this newspaper, have stopped using the name, except in stories about the controversy, because it is offensive."

What's this article about? The team in Wellpinit. So the newspaper said they wouldn't use the name except in stories about the Washington Redskins. But wait, is this story about the Washington Redskins? Nope, this is about Wellpinit High School.
So the Seattle Times, desperate for hits, makes a non-story into a news article and throws out the term Redskin as much as possible in order to generate traffic. And this is after their PC police stated that they wouldn't use the term because of their moral bullshit standards... which they went back on because they want people reading their paper. Hell, they said in the 1990s that they would refuse to use the term Redskins in their headlines because they thought that was progressive at the time. And what's the very first word here? "Redskins". In fact, it's "Redskins controversy" but it's nothing about the NFL team in DC.
Jesus fucking christ are you limpdicks that fucking stupid? -
Yeah, but how does it affect you?

I'm for Wellpinit Redskins but against them calling themselves the Wellpinit Redskins

One thing I can't stand is the patronizing attitude of the uppity, we know what's best liberals on this issue. Ex: Probably 5-10 yrs. ago, one of my Doog friends send me another in a long line of emails about the Deadskin name. I cited some poll that said 80% of Indians were fine with the name. Of course he couldn't come up with anything reasonable to refute that, so he made up some bullshit about how they were already victims, and that their self-esteem was so low that they couldn't analyze it clearly. You tell me who the racists are.
