    Yes for sure. However you have two issues of which you've touched on one.

    First is the security of the property. Not just anybody gets to walk through there. Period. I would expect anybody coming through the front gate will need to have signed an iron-clad NDA.

    Second is the top handful-to-a-dozen brokers in that area need to see the property. They are the ones most likely to bring the buyer. They must be able to talk about it to a prospective buyer. Sales 101.

    Honestly the few times I’ve seen him in town he has been pretty normal and super nice to everyone who asked for a picture. Really surprised me.

    And cruise’s place is sweet, but has nothing on Ralph Lauren’s ranch between ridgway and telluride.
