You can't discount the fear factor of the jury or even the make up of it as the OJ trial showed. We already have reports of people being scared to be on this jury. I like the prosecution in this one

He did exactly what the department policy said to do. It's how they were trained. It's not a procedure I had ever heard of but you can look up the policy yourselves. Most departments policies are posted on their websites.
