Cubans and a large portion of Venezuelans hate socialism, but most other Latin Americans love it. You tell me people coming up here with nothing aren’t going to vote for a handout. Even people from Cuba and Venezuela will vote for a handout. GTFOH

Socialism is the greatest economic system on the planet, that is until the money runs out, which it always does.

Many have husbands who work under the table, but the wife may work at McDonald's and get a small W-2 with some minimal social security withheld. The earned income will qualify the family for thousands in the federal earned income credit which dwarfs the withheld social security. Pretty basic scam. That's the way the Chamber of Commerce likes it. Cheap labor with all the social costs (schooling, food stamps, Section 8 housing and medicaid) all off loaded onto the American taxpayer. But, the dazzler will pretend these immigrants are all Nigerian doctors who will be the backbone of the American economy.

And medicare goes broke in 2026 despite all the wonderful immigration we have endured. No more homelessness too. Medicare is already broke since the current negative cash flow is paid for with all the US treasury bills that were stuffed into the national lock box.
