    The White House was a mess. It was falling apart. Congressmen were embarrassed to be part of the US government. Bush sucked the joy of being a corrupt politician right out of them. Obama didn't just have to change policies, he had to change the culture. He still has a few years left. Let it play out. Besides, who are you going to replace him? Give me names.
