    Noem just needs to keep it simple, like the video and real and hit back hard and avoid all the fringe issues like white supremacy. Make a direct short statement disavowing it and for the rest of time just refer back to that statement and ask the reporter was he aware of the statement and what would possess him to believe she had changed her mind. She will never appeal to the BLM supporters so don't try. Talk about putting education dollars into black parents' hands and real education opportunity and talk about how open borders have impacted black lives.
