Federal minimum wage has always been bullshit. Let the states do it. Minimum wage in Seattle shouldn't be the minimum wage in Jackson Mississippi, as it should also not be the minimum wage in the Washington Tri City area. Let the states set the minimum wage and if they're smart, they set the minimum wage by county.
