I'm excusing nothing. Disney firing her for twats is stupid, and hypocritical given what other people on the payroll have done. However, all things being equal, I would not want them to forced to change their employment practices. As an employer, I want to be free to fire anyone I deem bad for the business. 1) Good Acting,
2) Good Writing, or
