Oregon funded a study claiming “Excess” water is being wasted by flowing into the Pacific Ocean from the Columbia River and could be repurposed and sold to California resulting in a Windfall of Riches for Oregon’s state budget that could Cut Taxes AND fund some ungodly increase in Oregon’s budget to solve all the problems and make everyone’s wildest dreams come true.

Whenever I read the header I keep thinking the freeway was shut down because the Seattle Storm are protesting. Funny thing is, it wouldn't shock me if it were true.
