I agree with the Europeans here, they do a better job of regulating big tech than the US does, and are more critical of those corporations. Don't think Trump should have a full lifetime ban.
But those nations are not bastions of free speech. In France and Germany for instance any kind of public expressions of anti-semitism, etc., are not considered protected speech. So they police speech closely in many of those nations.
