They might use article 3 of the 14th amendment instead... only needs simple majority, not 2/3rds.

It is a faster way of achieving the primary end result. I'd rather see him impeached again to strip him of his pension and secret service detail but 14.3 goes pretty far.

"No Person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."

This was put into the constitution as the civil war was ending to prevent some southern generals from becoming Senators or the Prez. Also works great in Trump's case.

He could sue to have it reversed but that would require him going to court and taking an oath in front of a jury... which we all know is last thing he'd ever do.

So Trump must be impeached so he can’t run for President again. That’s pretty much an admission that he really did win the election and the UniParty knows it, which is why we’re full speed ahead on censorship and a full display of military strength against political dissenters on Inauguration Day.

Basically this is the message to free-thinking Americans starting on Day One of the Biden Regime.

Just says the Republican party leadership is looking to distance themselves from him. They hated him before, backed him for a while, and Trump blew the whole thing up with the Capitol sedition, and now they are back to hating him.

What are dems so scared of? What do they fear? Someone explain that to me.

They fear arrest and prison is what I think. Treason, sedition, election tampering etc.

Should have Benn easy to price no monkey business but the fight tooth and nail to hide it all.
