    This is a decent take Throbber. I still say "both sides" on Charlottesville was an ill-advised comment. I would have led, clearly and unambiguously, with, "Fuck you and anybody else who even tries to associate me with any white supremacist POS involved in that march." Then I would have treaded softly the rest of the way. The country has a complicated history with race relations that isn't all that old and over with, so people are reactive.

    Here? My feelings are a little more mixed. There is an element in this country that likes to rally behind Trump. We all know it, so there's no denying it. There aren't a lot of white hate groups out there rioting for Biden. I just assume he knows that and doens't worry about it because there's not much he can do about it.

    That all said, everybody knows that being careful and measuring his words isn't a strength of Trump; so I've long since abandoned getting too worked up with good or bad "feelings" about anything he does or doesn't say. He's not a careful man when it comes to speaking. We all know that.
    Yeah, and it is a Biden strength. "You ain't black". "You ain't getting the billion dollars. The problem is that the MSM avoids Biden's miscues and focuses on Trump's. Their is no moral equivalence on Trump's dealing with the Ukraine and Biden's. Just like the MSM ignoring the Biden chicom corruption.
