Russ sucks lately. I don’t know what happened to him. His decision making has been terrible. He had an out route wide open on the throw that should have been picked.

    This post didn’t age well
    He does suck lately.

As much as a champion sucks, I suppose

Packers won. I don't know if they clinched home field or what.

The Giant loss really stings. They aren't good at all. The Ravens manhandled them today. There's no excuse for that one.

Tonight’s packers game had no bearing they would have to lose next week regardless and Seahawks would have to win. Saints have to lose too obviously. Won’t happen.

NFC is super wide open. The only road game that I fear is @ Lambeau. That's an L of course, and Russ sucks in the snow. Any other team home or away is like 50/50 at worst imo.

It hurts, but it's the NFL, these things happen. The Jets beat the Rams.

Defense is looking good going into the playoffs, offense needs to get its mojo back a bit but we know they can turn it on. In an ideal world I would prefer both to be clicking at the same time but I’ll take the defense being in form rather than Russ having to put the team on his back every game.

Rams defense is also legit so not gonna lose sleep over the lackluster offense performance.

    Carson Wentz
    Colt McCoy
    Sam Darnold
    Dwayne Hawkins
    Jared Goff

Defense is playing a lot better but I’m still pretty skeptical if they have to go against Aaron Rodgers or even an aging Tom Brady/Drew Brees
    very fair point

If I had to pick, I'll take the Aints. Controlled, 70 degree conditions

The defense actually seems good now. I'm not at all ready to buy in yet though.

Brees won’t get it done. He will blow it. I feel bad saying it, but when I watch him, he kind of sucks now.

True, but some crappy defense seems like just what the doctor ordered to help get confidence back and allow some guys to get healthy. They could get exposed again but until then I’ll doog for them a bit.

4th best team in the NFC behind Tampa, GB, and Saints. Still could fluke in to a conference championship game appearance.

Wilson is a level below the QB's on those teams.

Ah, the Cowboys fan weighs in. Now all we need are several dwarves, bakers, and flute players then we can put on a festival.

Wilson is way better than Brees. That’s crazy. Even with his recent bad games.
Wilson has been average since 5 - 0. He doesn't look hurt, either. Not sure what's up with him.

I watch more Seattle games than Cowboys games, though.

He’s also better than a 43 year old Brady.

Tampa has had some stinkers too

The return of the Hawks D could be big

Other teams have won playoff games on the frozen tundra. Not Seattle so far

Shannon Sharpe just pointed out that Brady is 0 and 5 against teams that would be in the playoffs today

Seems like all the old QB’s suck when they play someone good. I’ve been saying all season Pittsburgh’s 11-0 was a mirage and that Roethlisberger would blow it in the playoffs. He’s not good.

Brees struggles to push the ball downfield. He’s still a smart QB and won’t lose a game for you, but he’s not good.

Rivers has been declining for a few years and isn’t very good.

Brady is the best of the old bunch but even he looks his age at times.

Rodgers is a little younger than those guys and is still really good.

Not really buying in to the Seattle defense, yet. They've faced one legitimately good QB all season in Josh Allen and lost that game. Otherwise the list is middling to scrubs and mostly shitty teams:
    • Matt Ryan
    • Dak Prescott
    • Ryan Fitzpatrick
    • Jared Goff
    • Kyler Murray
    • Cam Newton
    • Kirk Cousins
    • Jimmy G / Nick Mullens
    • Carson Wentz
    • Sam Darnold
    • Colt McCoy
    • Dwayne Haskins

Shannon must be retarded because Tompa Bay crushed his Packers 38 - 10 earlier this year.
