The stupidity of the original tweet also assumes the counties where people live are the same ones they work in, which if you look at most major cities isn’t true at all. -

Trump was outspent 3 to 1. Mostly due to the polls being wrong by double digits in the majority of counties. It certainly made it much harder to fund raise when your donors see you down by 12 pts in their area. If those polls were even close to correct. The Dems would have gained 6 Senate and about 40 House seats. Of course neither came close to happening.
If you axe me, that’s where the clear and present fraud has occurred. -
