It's a Wonderful LifeKrampus (2015) is also really good for anyone who loves both horror and xmas like me. It's got sensationally scary sound design and the movie retains a really genuine Xmas heart/spirit. I love it.

But I must say the entire point of Polar Express is that is an incredible actual 3D movie which is intended to be seen on a laser 3D movie setup like an IMAX theatre
Totally a fabulous visualization experience... take your daughter, grandson or grandmother to see it and stoned or not, this is worth it.
