Almost as useless as Sessions, although he finally did appoint Durham a few months ago as a Special Prosecutor, even if the media ignored it. Did good work on human trafficking and sex rings, too.

Special Counsel John Durham expanding team, making 'excellent progress': source
Fox News has learned that Durham is adding prosecutors to his team
By appointing Durham as special counsel, Barr helped ensure his investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia probe could continue into the next administration.
“On May 13, 2019, I directed John Durham, U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut, to investigate certain intelligence and law-enforcement activities surrounding the 2016 presidential election,” Barr wrote in a letter to the Senate and House Judiciary Committees dated Dec. 1. “Although I had expected Mr. Durham to complete his work by the summer of 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as additional information he uncovered, prevented him from doing so.
“In advance of the presidential election, I decided to appoint Mr. Durham as a Special Counsel to provide him and his team with the assurance that they could complete their work, without regard to the outcome of the election,” Barr wrote, adding that he appointed Durham with “the powers and authority of a Special Counsel” on Oct. 19. -
What would have increased his use value, in your view? I do think he got a bit of a bad rap overall.NorthwestFresh said:Almost as useless as Sessions, although he finally did appoint Durham a few weeks ago as a Special Prosecutor, even if the media ignored it. Trump needed a “wingman” like Holder was for Obama if he wanted to “drain the swamp.”MelloDawg said:

Instead he got a DC establishment suit.

Eric Holder: 'I'm still the president's wingman'
Attorney General Eric Holder brushed off a question Thursday about when he might leave the administration. Instead, the top lawman professed his allegiance to President Barack Obama.
"I’m still enjoying what I’m doing, there’s still work to be done. I’m still the President’s wing-man, so I’m there with my boy. So we’ll see," Holder said in an interview on the Tom Joyner radio show. -
I see your point, though that's not really the AG's job. Holder was wrong to imply that sort of relationship between he and Obama. As for the swamp, there was never going to be much draining of it. It was a clever and powerful campaign promise and was incredibly helpful at getting Trump elected, however.NorthwestFresh said:

Barr has never said anything close to that about Trump, yet that doesn’t stop baboons like @HHusky from calling “Butterball” Trump’s lackey.MelloDawg said:

He’s be impeached as AG had he called himself Trump’s wingman. The media meltdown would be glorious to observe. Holder sue it, eh, who cares even though he lied to Congress. -
I don’t really see this as a story ...
Barr’s getting an early start of being with Family for the Holidays ... is this really that surprising? -

After what he did with the crimes committed at Ruby Ridge, Bill Barr should be trusted with NOTHING! Barr is from the deepest part of the swamp. He was a bad call by Trump.

Barr is a good man.

You might be the most boring person on these boreds. You need a tell all book to inform you what's going on right now? Ouch.MelloDawg said:I can't wait for the books/movies to be written about these last 90 days of the presidency.

He can’t wait for the subjective books and movies to tell him how he should have felt right now. A world class dullard.TurdBomber said:
