What we need is the same thing that the big boys have = money and boosters and a culture that cares about football.

Sure, fire them, but what we really need to do is develop and win because we have never signed top 5 classes like Ohio State does every year.
Fuck recruiting. Quit losing two games every season against shitty teams like Cal and Stanford. Maybe win a couple big games. Not all, just some. Do that and recruiting improves.
