Recruiting

Now I hear well there were backups on the field today.
FUCK that. When is all this supposed talent to flex?
NEXT YEAR?! When Sam gets here?
We have been watching shit football for 20 years except for 2016.
BUT! Next year, there will be a national title contending D line.
That team today was sloppy and the coaches were terrible.
Welcome to husky football.

Coaching (particularly defensively) really let the team down todayjecornel said:I’ve heard that Washington has been stacking talent for years and there are 41 four stars on the roster.

We have an arrogance against Stanford that is beyond fucktarded ... we don't want to beat them ... we want to beat them "our way."
Stanford's designed to beat us at "our way." -

I'm still butthurt about that bullshit holding call on Ale. One of the weakest holding calls I've ever seen. Both Olines had been doing that all game, dude's jersey wasn't even out of place. Refs decide to call it on a TD....WTF?

Whoever is blaming talent is a fucktard. We came out with a nonsensical game plan against a team that runs an incredibly predictable offense. We decided to wait until an entire half lapsed before actually adjusting. 100% on the coaches.

Blaming losses on recruiting is for doogs and since recruiting will never be perfect, it will always be there to blame.
DT starters and depth are horrible despite the TBS rankings and hype. Tuitele is the only guy that you can see glimpses of being a playmaker (against Utah at least) and he’s not physically ready. Tuli is an average to above average run stopper. The rest are trash. What has Taimani ever shown? He’s out there all the time.
Youth is on those guys side, but they aren’t barking. Need to hear some barking to think they will ever bite. -
It's ok, Stanford would have methodically driven down the field and kicked a field goal as time ran out.BeerThirty said:I'm still butthurt about that bullshit holding call on Ale. That’s exactly my point. I hear all this noise about recruiting and all the ballers on the roster. It’s for the doogs for sure.RoadDawg55 said:Blaming losses on recruiting is for doogs and since recruiting will never be perfect, it will always be there to blame.

Then you watch the defense mimic Swiss cheese, special teams shit the bed, and bone headed lapses on offense. It’s ugly.
But next year they will be better. -

My buddy just told me to stay positive! This is a young team.
I think we are on year 10 saying it’s a young team. -
I didn't have a problem with that hold. In fact, a couple really terrible spots aside, I thought the wefs called a pretty fair game. I was way too pissed at the Washington Huskies to be pissed at the wefs.

We had more than enough talent to beat tree. This was a failure by the coaches.RoadDawg55 said:Blaming losses on recruiting is for doogs and since recruiting will never be perfect, it will always be there to blame.
