I wonder what state statute or LA city ordinance allows someone to ban walking. The science of catching the chicom crud while walking or riding a motorcycle is certainly settled. Everyone No one has seen it.

I'd like to say I am exaggerating for comic effect, but I'm not that imaginative. According to the order,
"All travel, including, without limitation, travel on foot, bicycle, scooter, motorcycle, automobile, or public transit is prohibited, subject to the exceptions in Paragraph V"
And if you're thinking what I'm thinking, no, I don't believe there are any loopholes for sauntering, strolling, skipping, or rambling.
