Staple Street looks like a fairly large private equity firm. I see UBS bought some shares in Staple Street. That hardly makes them majority owners from what I can see. They just own some shares, so what? In less a month a company that owns some shares (likely a minority) in a company that owns Dominion can alter the software? How?
