    The more I read by Coleman Hughes the more I like him. Guy is whip smart. "Systemic" and "Institutional" racism are constructs created precisely because they are vague and can't be clearly identified. All differences between blacks and whites, but not Asians, are now said to be examples of "systemic" racism unless those differences are seen as a positive. No one cries "racism" because the NBA is overwhelmingly black but if your local symphony orchestra doesn't have enough black woodwind players it's because of systemic racism.

    Blacks aren't arrested more because they commit more crime, no, no, they are arrested more because of systemic racism.
