If you watch closely I think the knocked out official distracted the refs from throwing a late hit out of bounds on pleasant that sent the dude into the ref. If ticky tacky but he had 2 steps out of bounds before he got hit

Pleasant hit him around the 30 and it's a 15 yarder. Would Utah get 1 untimed play in that situation?
