That wasn't from Rudy. He simply asked the questions IIRC. Go watch the video.

Almost none of the affidavits used by Trump’s team were filed in court. That means they won’t face perjury charges.

Say it under oath. We know Trump’s lawyers won’t.

Yet they literally did just win in Nevada today to have testimony of fraud given in court, under penalty of perjury.

What’s your purpose other than shoving your head up your ass? Why are you so against making sure the election was clean? Your side is acting guilty.
There are no amount of losses and no amount of proof that will ever convince you guys that the election wasn’t stolen. Dear Leader says it, therefore it is so.
Why not agree to look at the massive discrepancies in reporting?
Dumbfucks that don't understand how ballots are counted isn't the dame thing as discrepancies.
1.7 million mail-in ballots sent out
    2.5 million ballots counted

How does that work? Tell me that system.
Ok I'll bite because if this were true then it seems like it would be sufficient evidence to hold up in court.

Most straight forward data source seems to be election project linked below. Shows that 3.1M mail ballots were requested and 2.6M we're returned. 1.7M D and 600K R were returned.

Can't figure out where you're pulling these numbers other than that Giuliani said it at the kick ass presser.

The Rudy strategy is essentially "make up enough shit that people get exhausted trying to refute it". LIPO is always the answer. But watching episode 35 of "we finally blew the case wide open!" is pretty kickass entertainment to kill the time.
Trump/Rudy are trying the "big lie" approach. That term was coined by Hitler: you just keep repeating a lie that is outrageous and people believe it. They figure if they can win the court of public opinion, that might sway the legislatures to try a hail mary gambit to submit their own electors claiming the "people failed to make a choice." There is a plausible route but I the public would never submit to that seizure of the government.

A tyrannical dictator can be either left or right. But right now it's Trump. Fascism is characterized by nationalism, racism, suppression of opposition (as the "enemy of the people"), a leader with ill-defined powers that are constantly expanding, suppression of press, etc etc.

Fascism (/ˈfæʃɪzəm/) is a form of far-right, authoritarian ultranationalism[1][2] characterized by dictatorial power, forcible suppression of opposition and strong regimentation of society and of the economy[3] which came to prominence in early 20th-century Europe.[4] The first fascist movements emerged in Italy during World War I, before spreading to other European countries.[4] Opposed to liberalism, Marxism, and anarchism, fascism is placed on the far right within the traditional left–right spectrum.[4][5][6]

Go ahead and cite actual incidents of fascism during Trumps administration.

He killed 250,000 Americans because he refused to use the federal government to enforce rules on states and private industry in a PANDEMIC

    Is that one?

No worries Throbber no answers to any questions just commie mud slinging while the actual fascists go about their work with the full support of these fine gentleman. You know the side talking lists, arrests, removal from society and reeducation camps etc. for ones political beliefs that they don't agree with. They are the tolerant ones.

Well, that and he mean tweeted. So let’s just get those off the table early.

I’m sure the CoronaBros can bring 10 or 15 actual fascist actions each.

    Easy
claiming the mainstream media is the "enemy of the people," attempting to subvert a democratic election, promoting isolationistic nationalism, promoting racism, engaging always in division, making the other party an enemy, making himself the center of attention, fighting liberal democracy, etc etc.
