They have a few good WRs but Taylor Queef Kelly is a marginal QB without a good cast.

Disagree on ASU. Kelly, Strong, and Foster is a pretty good trio. They also have 3 starters returning on the OL. Kelly isn't marginal either. He's one of the better QB's in the conference. I would probably rank him third behind Mariota and Hundley. He might have been better than Hundley last year.
