Illinois has been hit hard recently, no doubt. It's infection rate is a little over half of North Dakota's and about the same as that of Montana, Idaho and Wyoming.

The OHA admitted to tabulating the cases wrong the week of Nov 8-14 which led to their decision to shut down bars and restaurants. The methodology that they had calculated showed a 12% positivity rate. Once a Portland TV reporter actually did their job last week, they discovered it was closer to 6%.
A 5% positivity rate is acceptable for the OHA.
And it was reported by multiple sources TODAY that there has been no outbreaks associated with bars and restaurants in God’s gas pump country. Nunya. -
