To me it's like asking what the worst pro sports franchise is, the (AZ) Cardinals or the Clippers. Both are embarrassments. You can probably make a compelling case for either.
Seattle has definitely turned more prissy, gayer (literally) and pseudo-intellectual over the past 15 years. It seems like a lot of the types who were grunge fags in the 90s now live in Portland. In fact, I got into an argument on FB with a guy I went to HS with (in Seattle) who fits that mold. He's mid 30s, has an illegitmate 11-12 yr. old son, still plays in a band, rides a fucking skateboard etc. He's lived in Portland for a while. He didn't like how I put down stay-at-home dads.... -
