Yes vote by mail is definitely where it was lost legally. And yes we need to hold in Jan for damn sure. But if they can prove fraud and take back the presidency I am ok with that too, no matter how unlikely it is.

The elections are run by states. Trump could only get it straightened out it the Congress passed comprehensive voter reform with federal supervision. That would take 60 votes in the US Senate. The dems don't want comprehensive voter reform to achieve elections where one qualified US citizen is a registered voter who gets one vote in the state of his residency and that vote is auditable.
